A Strategic Role at the Heart of Logistic

Reporting to the Vice-Presiden t, Global Business Product Development & Client Enablement the incumbent will lead transformational initiatives aimed at evolving Intelcom’s communications strategy with a future-focused perspective. They will provide leadership for a global communications function that supports the business strategy, strengthens the company’s reputation, and aligns the employee and customer experience around a consistent and engaging corporate narrative.

As a strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer, the incumbent will champion key messages and amplify the impact of major initiatives across all internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

Global Vision & Strategy

- Define and execute the global communications strategy, including internal, external, and corporate communications, aligned with business priorities and international expansion.
- Lead the transformation of the matrix operating model and editorial governance.
- Provide strategic direction for employer branding, corporate reputation, and global media initiatives.

Executive Advisory & Reputation Management

- Advise the President and Executive Committee on public positioning and reputational matters.
- Influence strategic decision-making during crisis situations.
- Develop and strengthen the company’s thought leadership through executive briefings, interviews, and op-eds.

Brand Management & International Visibility

- Develop proactive media strategies to strengthen the company’s global positioning.
- Monitor and ensure consistency of the corporate narrative across all markets.

Culture & Internal Communications

- Develop and execute campaigns and initiatives that foster employee engagement.
- Align internal communications internationally and support organizational change initiatives.
- Oversee internal events, including the content strategy for quarterly and annual meetings, as well as station tours.

ESG/CSR & Impact

- Integrate social, environmental, and community impact into the corporate narrative.
- Oversee donation and sponsorship programs, as well as ESG reporting.

Leadership & Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and develop team members.
- Define and manage the department’s annual budget.

Requirements

- 15+ years of experience in strategic communications within a complex or international environment.
- Proven expertise in reputation management, crisis communications, media relations, and executive advisory.
- Experience leading global communications across multiple countries and audiences.
- Demonstrated leadership of creative and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to simplify complexity and articulate a compelling, inspiring vision.
- Strong business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, and creativity.
- Knowledge of AI applications in communications, including analytics, content creation, and monitoring.
- Fluency in French and English, with strong verbal, written, and strategic communication skills.
