Were looking for a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide exceptional support to our clients in their homes. In this role, youll assist with daily activities while helping individuals maintain dignity, independence, and quality of life.

Looking to hire 1 full time Caregiver to assist a client in her home.

Hours are: 8 am to 4 pm Mon thru Fri and must be able to work 1 weekend shift every other weekend (Sat or Sun)

Responsibilities

- Provide personal hygiene assistance for clients or those recovering from surgeries, injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs, such as showering, bathing, dressing and eating

- Remind clients to take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulation

- Help with mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments, walks etc.)

- Assist with personal care and hygiene, plan and prepare meals and help with physical therapy exercises

- Complete clients shopping or accompany them to successfully do so

- Perform housekeeping duties and report any unusual incidents

- Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

- Offer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting clients with their meals, including serving and other tasks, if necessary

Qualifications

- Enjoy working in a one-on-one setting, eager to improve and continuously learn new skills

- Validated ability to act in a compassionate and supportive manner

- Prior experience in a healthcare, or in-home care environment (minimum of 1 year)

- Willingness to enforce health and safety standard.

- Must be comfortable driving clients van and transporting her in it.

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation every single day.

- Hoyer experience or willing/capable of training.

- Urinary Catheterization experience or knowledge or willing/capable training.

- Non-Smoker

- No long or acrylic nails
