Our people know great people. Our Employee Referral Programme gives you the opportunity to introduce talented friends, former colleagues and professional contacts to opportunities across Designer Group in Ireland and Europe.

Use this page to submit your referral, whether you have a particular vacancy in mind or would like our Talent Acquisition team to consider someone for suitable opportunities.

Please include the candidate’s CV, the type of role or location they are interested in, and your name so we can attribute the referral to you.

This is a central referral channel, rather than an advertisement for a specific vacancy. Our Talent Acquisition team will review submissions and assess potential matches against our recruitment needs.

Requirements

To help us review your referral, please provide:

- The candidate’s up-to-date CV and contact details.
- Your full name and work email address as the referring Designer Group employee.
- A brief explanation of how you know the candidate and why you recommend them.
- The role, discipline or type of opportunity they would be interested in.
- Their preferred location and, where known, availability or notice period.

Please ensure the candidate has agreed to you sharing their CV and contact details with Designer Group before submitting their information.

Requirements relating to qualifications, experience and eligibility to work will depend on the position being considered. All referred candidates will follow our standard recruitment and selection process.
