Job Summary : Harper Collision is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Collision Estimator / Repair Planner to join our team. We operate from a state-of-the-art, 60,000-square-foot facility and are committed to safe, high-quality repairs performed according to manufacturer procedures.
Harper Collision repairs a wide range of European, Asian, and domestic vehicles. We are looking for a professional who takes pride in building thorough repair plans and understands that quality repairs begin with complete documentation.

Responsibilities
- Inspecting vehicles and preparing accurate, complete repair plans
- Researching and documenting OEM repair procedures
- Identifying structural, mechanical, safety, and calibration requirements
- Coordinating vehicle disassembly and blueprinting
- Writing and negotiating supplements with insurance carriers
- Documenting all required labor operations, parts, materials, and sublet services
- Communicating clearly with customers, technicians, insurers, and vendors
- Monitoring repairs to help maintain quality and production flow
Qualifications
- Previous collision estimating or repair-planning experience
- Strong knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair procedures
- Experience with CCC ONE or comparable estimating software
- Familiarity with OEM repair information and documentation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safe, proper repairs
- I-CAR training or OEM certification experience is preferred
