About this role

About Enterprise Customer Programs

Enterprise Customer Programs (ECP) is Euna Solutions' delivery organization for enterprise-scale clients i.e. primarily state governments and state agencies managing large, complex grant programs. Our clients are partners executing statewide strategic priorities, often spanning multiple agencies and funding streams within a single engagement.

ECP manages the full implementation lifecycle: from discovery and configuration through training, go-live, and ongoing support. We work closely with Product and  technical teams  to ensure our clients achieve sustainable adoption and measurable outcomes.

The Opportunity:

The Project Manager owns the delivery of an enterprise-scale Euna Grants implementation for a state government client. This is a client-facing role with real accountability - you manage the project plan, the risks, the stakeholder relationships, and the day-to-day coordination across an internal cross-functional team.  You are the person the client calls, and the person who knows where the project actually stands.

ECP Project Managers are assigned to a state portfolio — meaning your work has a geography and a set of agency relationships you know deeply. You  operate  within the governance and standards framework set by the Portfolio Manager and PMO Lead, and you work closely with Implementation Managers, Technical Solutions Specialists, and OCM to drive outcomes for your clients.

Who Thrives Here:

ECP is at an exciting point in its growth - the foundation is solid, the mission is clear, and we are focused on scaling what is working. People who do well here help write the playbook rather than wait for one. They think on their feet, stay flexible as things change, and collaborate openly - information does not get siloed and people step in beyond their lane when the client or team needs it. If you are energized by momentum and want your work to matter, you will fit in here.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Delivery & Governance

- Lead enterprise-level Euna Grants implementation projects from initiation through closure,  maintaining  clear ownership of scope, schedule, budget, and quality.

- Develop and  maintain  project charters, schedules, risk registers, RAID logs, and decision registers in alignment with ECP standards and state agency governance requirements.

- Facilitate project meetings, executive briefings, and steering committees with state-level sponsors and decision-makers.

- Monitor project performance against established baselines —  identify  risks and issues early, drive mitigation, and escalate to the Portfolio Manager when  warranted .

- Ensure all project activities  comply with  Euna's Code of Ethics, security standards, and applicable public sector regulations.

- Apply ECP's delivery frameworks and  methodology  consistently across your engagement — adapting where needed without abandoning standards.

Client Engagement & Stakeholder Management

- Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned state agency clients — building trust, managing expectations, and  maintaining  transparency throughout the project lifecycle.

- Partner with customer project managers and agency leads to  establish  shared milestones, delivery responsibilities, and readiness activities.

- Conduct executive-level reporting for client steering committees and provide regular status updates that are  accurate , clear, and stakeholder-appropriate.

- Navigate complex multi-agency relationships with professionalism — you can hold a difficult conversation without damaging the partnership.

Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate delivery across ECP's Implementation, Technical Solutions, and OCM workstreams — keeping shared timelines, dependencies, and risks visible to the right people.

- Partner with the Project Coordinator to  maintain  documentation accuracy, meeting cadences, and action  item  follow-through.

- Contribute to lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement efforts — flagging patterns or gaps that the PMO Lead or Portfolio Manager should know about.

- Participate in scoping conversations for new engagements when PM input on your  state's  portfolio or related work is helpful; review SOW commitments that affect your projects before they are  finalized .

Team & Internal Contribution

- Play a meaningful role in onboarding new hires and contributing to team  knowledge-sharing .

- Actively adopt and embed AI tools into your daily work — whether drafting documentation, accelerating analysis,  preparing for  client meetings, or  identifying  workflow improvements. We want someone who is excited by this, not just willing.

- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.

- 4+ years of project management experience, with a demonstrated  track record  of delivering enterprise software implementation or technology projects.

- Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in a public sector, government, or regulated industry environment.

- Proficiency  with project management tools and methodologies — Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or  similar;  waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery frameworks.

- Enthusiasm for AI tools and  a track record  of embedding technology into daily workflows to improve output quality or efficiency. We are not looking for a passive user — we want someone who  seeks out  opportunities.

- Strong communication  skills — you can run a steering committee, write a crisp status update, and deliver hard news to a client without losing the relationship.

- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing deadlines simultaneously.

- Ability to work independently while  remaining  a reliable, collaborative member of a broader team.

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment; adaptable and professionally resilient.

- Strong attention to detail; organized and  consistent in  follow-through.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Direct experience delivering state or federal government technology implementations.

- PMP or equivalent certification.

- Knowledge of  grants  management, public finance, or compliance-heavy regulatory environments.

- Experience with Euna Grants or comparable grant management systems.

- Exposure to AI productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) with  demonstrated  application in a professional context.

- Familiarity with change management principles and how OCM integrates into enterprise delivery.

Location & Travel:

This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office. (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday).

Life at Euna Solutions

We're a team of builders, problem-solvers, and public sector champions. We've built a workplace around a straightforward idea: people do their best work when they're trusted, supported, and not running on empty.

Here's what that actually looks like:

🏢 How we work
We're hybrid — three days a week in our Oakville or Atlanta offices, with standard hours on those days. What the remaining days look like depends on your role and your manager. We talk about it early in the process so there are no surprises on either side.

🧘 Eunafier Days
Twice a year, you get an extra day tacked onto a long weekend. Simple reason: people who take breaks do better work. Use it however you need.

🙌 Community is part of who we are
Our Engagement Committee finds meaningful ways to give back through time, donations, and shared expertise. We're invested in the places where our people actually live and work.

🤝 Philanthropy Time
We give every employee up to eight hours a year to spend on causes that matter to them. We want you to show up for your community — and we make time for it.

🎉 Real connection at scale
You won't know all 600+ people — and that's okay. What matters is building real relationships with the people you work with every day. Our culture team creates consistent opportunities for that, so work doesn't feel isolating.

📈 Room to grow
Whether you're going deep on AI, building expertise in government tech, or stepping into a bigger role, we invest in your development — through budget, mentorship, and real opportunity to move when you're ready.
