Position Summary

As the Assembler 1 – Line 1, you will be responsible for assembling generator sets and sub-assemblies across both standard and non-standard product lines. This role requires the use of hand and power tools while following established quality and procedural techniques to ensure reliable and accurate assembly.

What you will be doing

·       Read and interpret mechanical instructions, drawings, and schematics to perform assembly duties on Line 1 HPR Units.

·       Cross train in multiple assembly areas and assist other teams as needed.

·       Inspect parts and assemblies for defects, incorrect sizes, and quality issues.

·       Follow all safety, environmental, and company procedures during assembly operations.

·       Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain up-to-date knowledge of assembly processes and products.

Basic Requirements:

·       High School Diploma or GED

·       In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent. Resident Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S without sponsorship. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

Preferred Requirements:

·       Experience inspecting parts and assemblies for defects and quality issues.

·       Mechanical knowledge and use of hand tools and equipment

·       Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

·       Basic ability to perform repetitive manufacturing tasks.

·       Capable of solving practical problems and adapting to changing technology.

Mental & Physical Requirements:

·       Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently.

Pay Range

Pay ranges for remote employees are based on the state where the employee resides and may vary from the posted range.
