This remote opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, online research, and helping travelers find vacation options that match their preferences and budgets. Previous travel industry experience is not required, and training and resources are available to help you learn the booking process.
What You'll Do
- Research hotels, resorts, and vacation accommodations based on client preferences and travel needs
- Compare room categories, property amenities, locations, and available vacation options
- Assist with hotel, resort, and vacation package reservations
- Research destinations and help clients identify suitable travel options
- Coordinate additional travel arrangements, including transportation, activities, and excursions when requested
- Organize booking confirmations, itineraries, and important travel information
- Communicate with clients regarding reservation details, updates, and important deadlines
- Assist with reservation modifications and travel changes when needed
- Maintain accurate and organized client and booking information
- Stay informed about hotels, resorts, vacation destinations, and available travel resources
- Provide professional support throughout the vacation planning and booking process
