Join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator starting in October 2026, or by agreement at our office in Lausanne.

What will you do?

Supporting customers. Ensuring quality. Making dreams come true.

· Prepare students for their language stay by managing booking administration, sharing key information and organizing pre-departure meetings.

· Support students before and during their stay by answering questions, providing proactive guidance and ensuring a smooth customer journey.

· Manage customer cases from initial enquiry to resolution, including follow-up, CRM system documentation and coordination with EF schools abroad.

· Build customer loyalty through information sessions, regular communication and retention activities that increase satisfaction.

· Identify relevant upselling opportunities during the post-booking process and recommend solutions that enhance the student experience.

· Handle customer feedback with a solution-oriented mindset and contribute to continuous service improvements.

· A proactive, structured and solution-oriented approach to work

· A strong focus on quality and customer service.

· Excellent interpersonal skills, with a good balance of empathy and assertiveness.

· C-2 level written and spoken French, as well as fluent, confident English. German is a plus.

· At least one year of experience in customer service with direct customer contact, preferably in a comparable industry.

· Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant professional experience.

· International experience, such as a language stay, cultural exchange or working abroad.
