About the Inside Sales & Marketing (ISM) team
The ISM department owns all corporate communications, both external and internal, and provides back-office and data support to the Business Development (BD) team. ISM is responsible for creating positive brand awareness, generating leads for the business and positioning Ampelmann as an industry thought leader.
Your role as Work Student Events & Marketing
In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and promotion of events while assisting with day-to-day marketing activities and communications.
Regular activities
- Assist with event preparation and research, logistics coordination, and post-event follow-up activities
- Support event communications, including invitations, registrations, reminders, and internal announcements
- Help create and distribute marketing materials for events across digital channels
- Assist with social media content planning, publishing, and basic performance tracking.
- Support newsletter creation and distribution, including content gathering and formatting.
We ask
- Good Microsoft Office skills, strong organisational and communications skills, and an interest in events, marketing, and digital communications
- HBO, Bachelors or Masters studies in marketing, communications, event management, hospitality, or related
- Fluent in English
- Availability of 2-3 days per week
