Reporting to the Innovation & Technology Manager, the Information Technology / Operational Technology (IT/OT) Solution Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing operational technology solutions that enhance manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and support the overall business strategy. This role requires a deep understanding of both IT and OT systems, with a focus on integrating these technologies to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Position Key Responsibilities:

- Architecture Design: Develop and maintain the architecture for OT solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards.
- Integration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration between OT and IT systems, including ERP, MES, Data Historian and SCADA systems.
- Solution Development: Lead the design and implementation of innovative OT solutions that enhance production efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and quality assurance, to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that drive operational excellence.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to operational teams on new technologies and processes, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery of IT/OT initiatives.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure all IT/OT solutions comply with relevant regulations and cybersecurity standards
