The Technical Project Manager is responsible for IT project implementation across multiple interdependent software applications and projects within a program. Part Project manager and part Technical Product Owner; the role involves managing the entire technical project lifecycle from initial ideation, through software design/development to daily operational management/support.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Define requirements with business, functional and technology partners
- Shape multi-year project strategy to deliver expected outcomes
- Set project execution methods and management practices
- Build internal and external teams based on scope, budget and timeline
- Manage daily execution across multiple interdependent projects
- Coordinate project delivery and track shared outcomes
- Remove roadblocks and manage dependencies across teams
- Manage risks, scope changes and non-standard project events
- Communicate progress to stakeholders, leaders and executives
- Ensure deliverables meet quality and stakeholder expectations
- Track benefits, service levels, customer satisfaction and lessons learned
- Complete financial reviews and maintain budget tracking
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar, with strong relevant experience
- Proven ability to deliver business value through project management
- Knowledge of project and portfolio management methods
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Change-oriented and able to balance competing priorities
