Behavioral Health Technician (Regional - Chicago Market)

Location: Chicago, IL (Supports Chicago, Glenview & Hoffman Estates Centers)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

We're seeking a patient-focused technician to deliver life-changing TMS and esketamine therapies in our welcoming outpatient centers. - Schedule: Full-time, Mon-Fri, 8-hour shifts. Shifts will vary and are scheduled between 7am-7pm. This role requires consistent availability during those hours, though exact shift times may vary.
- Regional Coverage Role: This position supports our Chicago-area centers, including Chicago, Glenview, and Hoffman Estates. Reliable personal transportation is required for travel between centers.

What You'll Do

Deliver Exceptional Patient Care

- Administer TMS and esketamine treatments according to clinical protocols
- Monitor patient responses and comfort during treatment
- Complete psychiatric rating scales and clinical documentation
- Provide compassionate support throughout the patient journey

Coordinate the Patient Experience

- Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
- Handle check-in and check-out procedures
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EHR)
- Support financial and administrative processes

Support Clinic Operations

- Assist with insurance and billing processes as needed
- Help ensure efficient daily clinic operations

What You'll Bring

Education & Experience

- High School Diploma, Associate's Degree, or equivalent clinical certification (Required)'
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (Preferred)
- Experience in fast-paced patient-facing, customer service, or healthcare environments
- Stable and consistent work history
- Healthcare experience or internship equivalent to one year (Preferred)

Technical Skills

- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with EHR systems (AdvancedMD and Salesforce preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

Additional Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to travel between Chicago-area clinics
- Reliable transportation
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (provided upon hire)

Benefits Statement:  Selected candidate will be eligible to participate in the Company’s employee benefit plans, which currently include: health insurance; dental insurance; vision insurance; optional supplemental medical insurance; health savings and flexible spending accounts; company-paid life insurance and additional voluntary life insurance; company-paid short term disability and long term disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) savings and investment plan with company contribution; and paid time off for non-exempt salaried employees is calculated as .625 per pay period worked for vacation time and .29166 per pay period for personal time. Full-time exempt employees will be eligible for Flex-PTO, which allows time off without accrual. If applicable and required under state law, the successful candidate will also be eligible for paid sick leave. These benefits are subject to plan terms, company policies and are subject to change
