We are looking for a Regional Marketing Specialist to join our team.

The Regional Marketing Specialist will execute hands-on regional marketing delivery across assigned recruitment regions. You will act as the day-to-day executor and first responder for local marketing needs, accountable for delivering activity independently wherever possible and escalating when specialist templates, tools or strategic clarification are required.

This role operates in close partnership with the Regional Marketing Manager and takes strategic direction from Marketing Managers (UK / North America), alongside day-to-day localisation guidance from Regional Directors.

What you’ll bring to the role

- Hands-on experience delivering marketing activity in regional or international markets
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
- Confidence adapting content and activity for local market needs and cultural nuance
- Comfortable working directly with Regional Directors, recruitment teams and agents
- Solutions-driven mindset with willingness to take ownership and learn through delivery
