Landscape Construction Foreman

Green View is hiring a Foreman to lead a small crew (2–3 people) building patios, walls, and outdoor spaces hands-on every day.

What you'll do:

- Lead and coordinate a small landscape crew

- Plan out construction projects

- Make sure all work hardscapes, plantings, install meets quality standards

- Keep the crew safe and following company/safety rules

- Track materials used and hours worked

- Do hands-on work: paver and stonework, grading, retaining walls, planting

- Help with snow and ice removal in winter

- Handle planting, pruning, mulching, and garden feature installs

- Drive and operate landscape equipment and vehicles

What you need:

- 3–5 years in landscape construction

- Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices

- Good communication and organizational skills

- Able to lead and motivate a crew, work well under pressure and deadlines

- Blueprint reading a plus

- Able to lift 50–75 lbs regularly

- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, clean driving record (Class C preferred)
