Family Support Staff - Cheyenne, WY

At Wiederspahn-Radomsky Chapel of the Chimes, we believe every family deserves compassionate care during one of life's most important moments. We are looking for a caring, dependable, and service-minded individual to join our team as a Family Support Staff member.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, and is comfortable working in a professional environment where no two days are the same. You'll play an important part in supporting funeral services, assisting families and guests, maintaining our facilities, and helping with the many behind-the-scenes tasks that allow us to provide meaningful experiences for the families we serve.

What You'll Do

- Assist funeral directors and staff during visitations, funeral services, and memorial gatherings.

- Welcome and guide families and guests throughout the funeral home.

- Help prepare chapels, visitation rooms, vehicles, and service areas.

- Drive company vehicles as needed and assist with transportation-related duties.

- Run business-related errands throughout the Cheyenne area, including deliveries, supply pickups, and other operational needs.

- Transport flowers, service items, personal belongings, and other materials necessary for services.

- Answer phones, assist visitors, and provide general support to funeral home operations.

- Help maintain a clean, organized, and family-ready facility and grounds.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.

- Valid driver's license and driving record that meets company standards.
