Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a true jack-of-all-trades role, leading full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of salaried positions across corporate functions, U.S. plant operations, internships, and global partners. This role focuses on building strong partnerships with HR business partners and hiring managers while delivering a seamless, relationship-driven candidate experience. You will have broad exposure to different business areas, including manufacturing sites and Latin America teams, and the opportunity to grow quickly in a culture that invests in development and promotes from within. Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for salaried positions, typically owning 22–25 requisitions at a time and flexing up to 27 or more during busy cycles.
- Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Source and proactively reach out to candidates through multiple channels to build strong, diverse talent pipelines.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, and present qualified talent to hiring managers in a clear, organized manner.
- Participate in multiple interview rounds as needed and provide guidance to hiring teams on interview structure and candidate evaluation.
- Partner closely with HR business partners to support the offer process, including offer recommendations and candidate closing strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and business stakeholders across corporate and plant environments.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment journey, ensuring timely updates and clear communication.
- Create a positive, relationship-driven candidate experience that reflects the organization’s culture and employer brand.
- Administer and post job openings across internal and external platforms to maximize visibility and reach.
- Maintain accurate, compliant, and up-to-date candidate and requisition information in the Workday applicant tracking system.
- Partner with HR Shared Services to coordinate with checks, drug screens, and onboarding steps for new hires.
- Leverage an AI platform integrated with Workday to support candidate ranking, sourcing insights, and pipeline optimization.
- Track and manage hiring activity using tools such as Power BI, monitoring metrics including average time-to-fill and pipeline status (submittals, interviews, offers).
- Prepare and share recruitment updates and dashboards during check-ins with business leaders, highlighting progress and potential risks.
- Support recruitment for a variety of salaried roles, including plant leadership and manufacturing positions, engineering, sales, finance, and marketing.
- Flex into varied business areas as needed, including operational and Lean teams, adapting quickly to new hiring disciplines.
- Collaborate closely with teams across Latin America to ensure global alignment and to gain exposure to multicultural environments.
- Provide light support for employer branding initiatives, including recruitment marketing, job fairs, and hiring events.
- Ensure the business feels supported and well-guided throughout the hiring process by acting as a consultative, service-oriented partner.
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience, with strong exposure to diverse personalities and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated experience recruiting for salaried roles such as plant leadership, salaried manufacturing positions, engineering roles, sales positions, finance roles, and marketing roles.
- Hands-on experience with an applicant tracking system, with Workday experience highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and HR partners.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear, timely, and professional updates to all stakeholders.
- Proven relationship-building capabilities, with a service-oriented approach to partnering with HR business partners and hiring managers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent requisitions.
- Demonstrated collaboration skills with HR business partners, hiring managers, and business stakeholders across different functions.
- Comfort working with data, reporting, and talent acquisition metrics to track performance and inform decision-making.
- Practical understanding of modern recruiting workflows and full-cycle recruiting processes from intake through onboarding.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience supporting manufacturing or plant environments, including familiarity with operational and leadership roles.
- Exposure to global teams or multicultural environments, particularly in Latin America or other international regions.
- Prior use of Workday, HRIS platforms, and other ATS systems beyond basic user functionality.
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or full-cycle recruitment across multiple business lines and functions.
- Personable and relatable style with a natural ability to build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Demonstrated adaptability, curiosity, and eagerness to expand into new hiring areas and disciplines.
- Track record of growing into roles through relationship-driven, service-oriented partnering with the business.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability for ensuring hiring teams feel supported, informed, and well-guided throughout the recruitment process.
Work Environment This role follows a hybrid work model, with three days per week onsite at the campus and two days remote, aligned to Monday–Friday core business hours. The environment offers hands-on exposure to corporate teams, manufacturing sites, and global regions, providing variety in daily work and opportunities to collaborate across functions and geographies. You will work extensively with Workday as the applicant tracking system, an integrated AI platform for sourcing insights, and tools such as Power BI for data and reporting. Interview scheduling is flexible, with priority given to candidates available to begin interviewing in the near term.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $40.85/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
