Temp, VIP Marketing Assistant

Compensation: $26.50 hourly

Position Summary: The Global VIP Team at Kith is seeking a passionate candidate to support all gifting and events initiatives. The VIP Marketing Assistant will support the department lead in managing seeding programs, one-off VIP requests, event guest lists, and gifting inventory — while gaining unique exposure to Kith's talent strategy and high-profile brand moments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities

- Track, inventory, organize archival seeding units and manage storage and organisation of all gifting inventory.
- Fulfill gifting and seeding orders for VIP and talent requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Monitor, record, and track Kith gifting placements across talent, press, and VIP recipients.
- Build comprehensive recap decks including KPIs, social media placements, and imagery to document and measure each seeding initiative.
- Maintain and update the VIP database with accurate recipient information, collection preferences, and gifting history, handling all records with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Research and identify brand-aligned talent, creatives, and cultural figures for gifting consideration and event attendance.
- Manage RSVP tracking and communications for events with 500+ invitees.
- Assist with on-site check-in and guest management at local New York City events.

Special Projects / Tasks

- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure seeding timelines and deliverables are met.

- Draft personalised text message and email communications for VIP guests, including gift tracking updates, travel details, and event information.

REQUIREMENTS

Experience

- 0-1 year of experience in VIP, PR, or Marketing
- B.A. related to Fashion, Marketing, PR, or Communications
- Sample trafficking and product tracking
- Logistical coordination
- Seeding/ gifting and event experience is a bonus

Skills

- G-Suite (G-Mail, Google Sheets, Google Docs)
- Canva or Figma
- Ability to complete several tasks on-time that are all considered high priority
- Flexibility and willingness to work over time
- Strong organizational skills, with high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, in fast-paced environment
- Self-led use of discretion and confidentiality
