Are you a people person who enjoys helping customers and solving problems? We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented
Contact Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers through phone calls, live web chats, and email, helping them with product questions, website orders, and purchase-related inquiries.
As a Contact Center Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, recommending products, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently. What You'll Do:
- Assist customers through phone, email, voicemail, and live website chat
- Answer product questions and provide recommendations
- Check order status and resolve purchase order issues
- Notify customers of delayed merchandise and follow up as needed
- Maintain accurate order and purchase information
- Support internet sales and customer inquiries
- Collaborate with other Contact Center team members to meet daily goals
What We're Looking For:
- Two years of customer service or sales experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable navigating websites and computer systems
- Typing speed of 60 WPM with accurate data entry skills
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining a positive customer experience
