Summary
The Customer Care Culture Coordinator plays an important role in bringing Vivint’s Customer Care culture and employee experience to life through events, recognition programs, gifting, and employee engagement initiatives. This role supports the planning and execution of large-scale experiences while supporting recurring programs and key operational workstreams.
The Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating event logistics, employee gifting and fulfillment, swag and inventory, vendor communication, and project tracking. This role will also manage fulfillment for large employee initiatives and ongoing recognition programs, ensuring items are accurately organized, shipped, tracked, and delivered.
The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once. They will work closely with the Culture team and cross-functional partners to ensure programs are executed consistently, deadlines are met, and employees have a great experience from start to finish.
This position is fully onsite at our Lindon, Utah office
Primary Responsibilities
Recognition, Gifting & Fulfillment
- Own the ongoing administration and fulfillment of employee recognition, anniversary, gifting, and prize programs.
- Manage large-scale employee fulfillment including recipient information, packing, shipping, tracking, returns, and replacements.
- Coordinate and ensure successful delivery of monthly prize programs
- Maintain accurate inventory, recipient, shipping, and fulfillment records.
- Identify and resolve fulfillment issues to ensure employees receive items accurately and on time.
Event & Culture Support
- Support the planning and execution of Customer Care events, recognition programs, and culture initiatives.
- Coordinate assigned event logistics including attendee tracking, RSVPs, materials, supplies, registration, setup, and day-of support.
- Coordinate assigned event details with vendors, site contacts, and internal partners to ensure timelines and deliverables are met.
- Support swag and gifting execution including collecting employee information, placing approved orders, receiving items, organizing inventory, and distribution.
- Prepare and organize event materials and ensure onsite needs are ready for execution.
Program Operations
- Maintain project plans, calendars, timelines, task lists, and trackers for Culture programs and events.
- Track action items and deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and flag risks or decisions that require additional direction.
- Coordinate vendor quotes, place approved orders, confirm order details, track deliveries, and support invoice processing.
- Coordinate routine program communications including RSVP reminders, confirmations, address and size collection, and event details.
- Maintain organized program documentation, employee lists, inventory records, and vendor information.
- Support Culture initiatives across Customer Care locations through consistent coordination and operational follow-through.
- Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned

- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Comfortable with hands-on event support, fulfillment, and onsite responsibilities.
- Demonstrated commitment to maintaining a positive, collaborative, and growth-focused environment.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain licensing through the State of Utah as a Burglar Alarm Company Agent.
- No compliance issues within the previous 90 days.
- Consistently meeting all current performance and behavioral expectations.

WORKING CONDITIONS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and may include periods of standing, walking, packing, organizing, and event setup. Occasional early morning or evening hours may be required to support events.
