You will also have the opportunity to contribute ideas around how we attract talent and improve the candidate experience.

The role would suit an experienced Recruitment Resourcer, Recruitment Consultant or Talent Acquisition professional who enjoys proactively finding candidates and building relationships. It could also be an excellent opportunity for an agency recruiter looking to move into an in-house recruitment environment.

- Use a range of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, candidate databases, referrals and direct sourcing.

- Identify passive candidates and approach them professionally to discuss relevant career opportunities.

- Shortlist suitable candidates against agreed role requirements and provide clear candidate information to Recruitment Business Partners and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing a professional and positive candidate experience.
- Keep candidates informed of progress, next steps and interview arrangements.

Recruitment and Hiring Manager Support

- Support recruitment activity across multiple vacancies and business areas, managing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Support Recruitment Business Partners with day-to-day recruitment administration.
- Ensure recruitment activity and candidate progress are accurately recorded
- Assist with candidate communications, interview confirmations and other recruitment-related correspondence.

- Identify new and innovative ways of attracting talent to United Living.

- Share sourcing insights and candidate-market feedback with Recruitment Business Partners.
- Contribute ideas to improve recruitment processes, candidate engagement and the overall candidate experience.
- Support wider recruitment initiatives and projects as required.

Skills and Experience

We would particularly like to hear from candidates who have:

- Experience proactively sourcing candidates rather than relying solely on applications.
- Experience screening and shortlisting candidates against role requirements.
- Confidence communicating with candidates at different levels of seniority.

- The ability to build effective relationships with candidates, Recruitment Business Partners and hiring managers.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a busy recruitment team.

Previous experience recruiting within construction, infrastructure, utilities, engineering or a related sector would be highly advantageous, although this is not essential.
