Role Overview:
A Warehouse Representative II assists with all aspects of warehouse operations, from receiving and inventory to order fulfillment and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. **THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION**
A Sample of What You’ll Do in this Role:
- Receive and ship inventory items.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring no product leaves or enters the warehouse without the necessary paperwork.
- Meet and complete all regulatory safety requirements.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness.
- Utilize scales and measures to accurately fill containers.
- Pull customer orders correctly for on time delivery.
- Respond to inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
What You Bring to the Role:
- 2+ years of experience and at least 18 years old
- Always maintain a professional appearance while interacting with customers
- Ensure overall facility cleanliness
- Willingness to operate material handling equipment including forklift, order picker, pallet jack, and other equipment (forklift training will be offered on the job)
- Ability to repetitively bend and lift boxes and bags up to 50 pounds
- Willingness and desire to work overtime hours during busy seasons
- High school diploma or equivalent
Your Digital & Technology Capabilities:
- Basic proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory tracking software
- Experience using handheld scanners, mobile devices, or RF equipment for inventory and order fulfillment
- Ability to accurately enter and maintain data in digital systems and follow electronic documentation processes
- Comfort using digital communication and collaboration tools (such as Microsoft Teams or similar platforms)
- Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies, including AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) to improve efficiency and workflow
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- You enjoy a variety of job duties and responsibilities and can effectively multi-task
- You’re a strong communicator with good interpersonal skills
- You’re experienced in agriculture (preferred)
- You have a valid commercial driver’s license (preferred)
Compensation and Benefits:
- The base compensation for this position ranges from $20.34 to $27.13 per hour. Please note that wages may vary depending on skills and experience.
