Job Summary:
Supports recruiting efforts by coordinating logistics and communications to ensure a consistent and efficient hiring process. Ensures a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding by providing timely information and coordination. Represents the organization’s recruitment process to candidates by conveying culture, values, and general practices. Maintains accurate records and supports process tracking to enable effective hiring outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Assists recruiting efforts across assigned regions and Family of Companies by coordinating interview scheduling, candidate communications, and process tracking.
Coordinates interview schedules and communicates with candidates throughout the hiring process to provide updates and maintain engagement.
Manages job postings on internal and external platforms to ensure accurate and consistent representation of opportunities.
Supports candidate progression through the hiring process in partnership with recruiters while maintaining a consistent candidate experience.
Coordinates candidate travel and accommodations as required for interviews.
Processes candidate expense reports, codes invoices, and tracks recruiting-related expenses to support accurate financial documentation.
Maintains the Applicant Tracking System by updating candidate records and documenting recruitment activities.
Education Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience required.
Work Experience:
2-4 years of experience in administrative support or a related field required.
Experience working with applicant tracking systems to manage candidate information and hiring processes required.
Experience with online scheduling tools to coordinate logistics required.
