The Opportunity:
As a Senior Mission Solution Architect supporting CACI’s Mission & Engineering Support (M&ES) portfolio, you will lead the development of compelling, executable, and scorable solutions for strategic DoD, Intelligence Community, and interagency opportunities. You will translate ambiguous customer missions and acquisition requirements into a clear solution and proposal narrative. This is a mission-focused architecture role, not a generic enterprise IT position. The ideal candidate brings depth in one or more of the mission areas listed in the qualifications section.

Responsibilities:

- Develop mission-centered solutions that are complete, technically credible, executable, and responsive to government evaluation criteria.
- Work with Line SMEs, program teams, and mission experts to identify customer priorities, operational gaps, critical issues, and stated or implied requirements.
- Translate mission needs into solution concepts, CONOPS, mission workflows, system architectures, staffing models, transition approaches, risk mitigations, and measurable outcomes.
- Shape solutions across M&ES capability areas, including lifecycle sustainment; systems engineering and software modernization; operations, planning, training, and readiness; intelligence analysis and operations; and UXS/C-UXS employment and integration.
- Lead solution development for intelligence, cyber, systems engineering, and mission operations opportunities, using SMEs to add depth while retaining ownership of the integrated approach.
- Develop scorable strengths, discriminators, proof points, storyboards, graphics concepts, white papers, technical volume outlines, and persuasive technical narratives.
- Serve as a technical volume lead or major contributor, including writing, rewriting, one-voicing, page-count management, and alignment to the approved solution.
- Facilitate solutioning sessions with Capture, BD, pricing, proposal, operations, SMEs, and partners; resolve technical or operational gaps.
- Brief recommendations to senior leaders and defend the solution through gate, color-team, and executive reviews.
- Build reusable mission threads, graphics, technical patterns, artifacts, and lessons learned for future pursuits.

Qualifications:
Required:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline or equivalent mission and technical experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience supporting DoD, IC, interagency, or federal national-security missions.
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Demonstrated experience translating mission requirements, customer needs, or RFP requirements into executable technical, operational, or mission-support solutions.
- Experience creating solution artifacts such as CONOPS, mission workflows, system views, technical approaches, staffing and transition approaches, risk mitigations, graphics, white papers, or technical volume content.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to brief senior leaders and write clear, persuasive proposal content.
- Ability to work across Capture, BD, proposal, pricing, operations, technical SMEs, subcontractors, and executive stakeholders under tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience in at least two of the following: intelligence analysis or operations; systems or mission engineering; offensive or defensive cyber and cyber mission operations; mission operations support; UXS/C-UXS, ISR platforms, autonomy, or emerging mission systems; or federal capture, proposal, acquisition, capability development, or solution development.

Desired:

- Current CI or full-scope polygraph.
- Experience supporting strategic captures or proposals valued at $100M or more in total contract value.
- Prior experience as a Solution Architect for Business Development.
- Experience supporting service intelligence or cyber organizations, PEOs/PAEs, combatant commands, SOCOM, CIA, NSA, DIA, NGA, NRO, or INSCOM.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$114,600-$252,100
