Job Profile Summary

The Senior Product Manager, Specialty Sales, is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy and roadmap for technology and capabilities that enable the Specialty Sales organization. This role serves as a strategic product partner to Specialty Sales Leadership, translating business priorities and sales opportunities into scalable product capabilities that improve sales consultant effectiveness, enable key sales initiatives, and drive business outcomes.

This role leads product development spanning sales enablement, Salesforce capabilities, sales consultant compensation technology, and other tools that support specialty sales. The Senior Product Manager will partner closely with sales leadership, technology teams, operations, and other product teams to align priorities, manage dependencies, establish measurable outcomes, and deliver solutions across the Specialty organization.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Own the Specialty Sales product roadmap and strategic direction, translating Specialty Sales priorities into a clear portfolio of product initiatives and establishing KPIs and success measures that demonstrate business and seller impact.
- Serve as the primary product point of contact for Specialty Sales Leadership, developing a deep understanding of sales strategy, business objectives, challenges, and opportunities and translating those needs into actionable product priorities.
- Partner with the Salesforce team to drive Salesforce capabilities across Specialty, identifying opportunities to improve seller workflows, customer and opportunity visibility, adoption, productivity, and alignment across Specialty businesses.
- Lead the Sales Consultant compensation technology effort, partnering with Sales Leadership, compensation stakeholders, operations, and technology teams to define and deliver scalable capabilities that support compensation processes and evolving business requirements.
- Develop and implement sales enablement tooling that improves seller productivity and effectiveness, including identifying opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce administrative burden, improve access to actionable information, and enable sellers to better serve customers.
- Lead alignment across Specialty Sales, Product, Technology, Operations, and other stakeholder groups to ensure product priorities support the broader strategic vision and can be effectively coordinated through execution.
- Execute against the product roadmap, independently driving initiatives from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and measurement of business outcomes.
- Maintain a broad understanding of specialty sales processes, technology capabilities, and adjacent product portfolios to proactively identify dependencies, integration opportunities, risks, and potential impacts across teams.
- Anticipate the impact of product and business priorities across multiple teams and balance competing needs to maximize value for Specialty Sales and the broader organization.
- Establish and monitor KPIs for specialty sales products and experiences, using quantitative and qualitative insights to evaluate adoption, effectiveness, seller experience, and business impact.
- Develop clear product strategies, business cases, roadmaps, requirements, and stakeholder communications that create alignment and awareness across sales leadership and internal partner teams.
- Build strong relationships with sales leaders and frontline stakeholders, incorporating seller feedback and operational insights into product discovery, prioritization, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 6 years of experience in product management, business consulting, or a related field.
- Experience in an agile development environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- 8 years of experience in product management, business consulting, or a related field.
- Experience in a start-up environment.
