We are seeking a Program Coordinator to support strategic cancer center initiatives through data analytics, reporting, dashboard development, and operational improvement. In this role, you will help cancer center leaders identify opportunities to improve access, reduce delays in care, enhance supportive services, and drive better outcomes for patients across our oncology programs.

Position Responsibilities

The Program Coordinator will:

- Extract, analyze, and organize operational and clinical data
- Develop reports, dashboards, and performance metrics
- Create visualizations and presentations for leadership and operational teams
- Support clinic operations through analysis of access and workflow performance metrics
- Monitor and evaluate patient journey data, including referral-to-treatment timelines
- Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement
- Support cancer screening programs through reporting and analytics
- Assist in developing tools that help navigators and care teams track patient follow-up and surveillance needs
- Measure effectiveness of supportive care programs and resource utilization
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders within a matrixed organizational structure
- Present findings and recommendations that support data-driven decision making
- Transform complex data into actionable insights that improve patient care and operational excellence

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collect, interpret, and present data effectively
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Excel

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree or coursework in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with SQL
- Experience with Python
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard development
- Experience creating reports and performance metrics
- Healthcare experience is preferred but not required
- Exposure to healthcare data systems or clinical operations is a plus

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Experience: None.

Licensure: A Valid Virginia Driver's License (VADL) may be required for some positions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.

The pay range for this role is $43,894.00 - $87,788.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
