We are seeking a full-time Working Supervisor / Floater who is passionate about creating clean, organized, and safe environments for our clients. You'll travel between client sites throughout the Spokane, WA to Post Falls, ID area, conducting inspections, stepping in to perform cleaning duties as needed, and helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly across your assigned territory.

Shift: Monday – Friday | 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM

Pay: $21.00 – $23.00 per hour DOE, Mileage reimbursement

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular site inspections across assigned locations between Spokane, WA and Post Falls, ID to ensure cleaning standards are being met
- Fill in to perform hands-on cleaning duties at sites experiencing staff shortages or callouts
- Supervise and support janitorial staff, including monitoring attendance, reporting absences, and assisting with scheduling
- Assign janitorial duties to staff and regularly inspect completed work against established standards
- Issue cleaning supplies and equipment to staff as needed; track inventory and inform management when supplies run low
- Provide training and guidance to janitorial staff, and help resolve conflicts efficiently
- Assist with screening and hiring new applicants, and make recommendations to management regarding promotions, transfers, or dismissals
- Communicate regularly with management on site conditions, staffing needs, and client concerns
- Attend meetings and in-service training sessions as required
- Travel independently between multiple client sites throughout the shift using reliable personal transportation

Job Requirements

- Organizational skills are a must!
- Work-related janitorial or facilities experience is required
- Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and manage time across multiple sites
- Outstanding interpersonal, leadership, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of the janitorial industry and commercial cleaning methods
- Staff development experience and strong client service skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of computer software programs
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and pride in delivering high-quality service
- Physically capable of standing and performing physically demanding tasks for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Reliable personal transportation required, with willingness to travel between sites in the Spokane, WA and Post Falls, ID area (mileage reimbursement will be provided)
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
- Successful completion of a background check
