## Job Summary



To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Management Manager located in Guadalajara, North Campus

Reporting to the Director, Program Management the Program Management Manager role involves… Responsible to leading a team of cross functional experts in the delivery of customer projects through inception, pricing, development, and manufacturing, providing value to the business unit and Customer.

What a typical day looks like:

- Be the key channel of communication for Customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues.
- Demonstrate advance operations, technical skills as well as knowledge in process technologies.
- Ability to analyze technical & financial reports and effectively present to internal & external customers.
- Coordinate with CFT, necessary actions for target compliance.
- Provide Support for contract negotiations and prices definition.
- Coordinate Product Life cycle of new Programs and assure the proper alignment to Launch cost and P&L projections

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

- Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering in electronics, mechatronics, industrial or related field
- Experience in similar position with experience in Electronics Industry
- Advanced English is mandatory
- Project Management experience
- Strong experience in NPI's
- Solid experience in transfers
- Design experience would be a plus
- Customer-facing role
- Experience with cross-functional team (CFT)
- Strong communication skill (English and Spanish)
- P&L administration & Quotations
- Microsoft Office
- Experience with demanding clients
- People management
- MBA & PMP certification is also a plus
- PMP certification
- Valid visa and passport
