Job Description:

SAIC is seeking an Executive Administrative Officer to support a Satellite Program Office on an SAIC program in Chantilly, VA. The customer leads cutting‑edge, innovative space programs, and this role is part of a highly effective, collaborative front‑office team that delivers exceptional support to senior‑level government staff.

As the the Executive Administrative Officer, you will provide direct executive support to Satellite Program Office leadership, enabling government customers to execute their duties and responsibilities efficiently. You will also support Front Office Leadership, maintains the office file plan, and provides back‑up coverage across the Front Office team.

Role Responsibilities to include:

- Provide administrative, project, and logistics support to senior managers, including the Government Program Manager and Front Office Staff that include Military and Civilian personnel.
- Manage senior manager calendars/schedules and coordinate visit requests.
- Process travel authorizations and expense reports.
- Create and maintain office tracking system.
- Arrange for appropriate conference rooms/facilities and prepare meeting places in accordance with acceptable protocol and security procedures.
- Develops and maintains front office file plan.
- Ensure the office maintains an adequate amount of office supplies and order more as needed.
- Assist with special event requirements such as time and place, location, duration, number of attendees, security requirements, and travel arrangements.

Required Education and Experience

- Bachelors and ten (10) years or more of related experience; Masters and eight (8) years or more experience ; PhD or JD and five (5) years or more experience.
- Active Top Secret/SCI with the ability to obtain a Poly
- 3 years of relevant administrative experience supporting Military/IC/Government Civilian Leadership.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and team environment with no supervision.
- Strong problem identification/resolution skills, flexibility, initiative, and a proven ability to communicate and work with senior executives efficiently and effectively (to include experience interfacing/communicating with senior executive leadership in government or industry).
- Strong experience in writing/editing memos and correspondence.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to communicate with a diverse audience of decision makers with varying levels of programmatic and technical expertise.
- Effective communication, coordination, and customer engagement skills.
- Prior NRO experience a plus!
