We are a national network of experienced, high-level freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.
Our client has an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Florida Plaintiff’s Labor & Employment Attorney to provide research and drafting support.
Remote work hours will vary but are expected to start at approximately 5+ hours per week .
Attorney Responsibilities:
- Draft motions, pleadings, discovery, and other employment litigation documents
- Conduct legal research on labor and employment issues
- Prepare legal memoranda and case analyses
- Review case files and supporting documents
- Assist with case strategy and litigation support
- Help manage deadlines and keep matters moving forward
- Provide additional back-end support as needed
Attorney Requirements:
- Licensed and in good standing to practice Law in the State of Florida
- 5+ years of labor and employment litigation experience
- Strong plaintiff-side employment law experience
- Excellent legal research and drafting skills
- Experience with motion practice and discovery
- Strong analytical and written communication skills
- Responsive, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
- Organized and able to work independently
Our Attorney pay rate starts at $90/hour .
