We are seeking a qualified Integrated Product Support Documentation Specialist in Virginia Beach, VA . This position is not eligible for hybrid or remote work situations. This is a 100% on-site, in-office position.

Position Description:

This position develops and maintains all provisioning and technical documentation for SSDS and Integrated Combat Systems, including PTDs and APLs updated with approved engineering and field changes. It manages and tracks ICAPS packages through NAVSUP WSS, monitors the accuracy and adequacy of technical data, and supports the creation and processing of SIDs, SCDs, ECPs, and Problem Reports. The role incorporates Fleet feedback from FCFBRs and ESRS into provisioning updates and participates in technical reviews, planning sessions, working groups, and ILS/IPS meetings to ensure system supportability and sustainment remain fully aligned with Navy requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

- Develop and maintain Provisioning Technical Documentation (PTD) and Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) for fielded and developmental SSDS and Integrated Combat Systems (ICS) baselines, incorporating approved engineering and field changes
- Manage and track Interactive Computer Aided Provisioning System (ICAPS) packages and provisioning actions through completion following submission to Navy Supply Weapon System Support (NAVSUP WSS)
- Track technical documentation status and support efforts to ensure technical data products remain accurate, adequate, and suitable for system supportability and sustainment
- Support the development, tracking, and processing of Supportability Investment Decisions (SIDs), Ship Change Documents (SCDs), Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs), and Problem Reports related to SSDS
- Provide provisioning feedback from Fleet COSAL Feedback Reports (FCFBRs) and Engineering Support Requests Systems (ESRS)
- Participate in technical documentation meetings, planning activities, working groups, and reviews, including ECPs, SCDs, Technical Working Groups, and ILS/IPS meetings

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to work in office, industrial, or shipboard environments
- Ability to lift and move materials within one-man lift guidelines
- Ability to perform site surveys and carry a laptop computer

Required Qualifications and Skills:

- HS Diploma or equivalent, with 5+ years of related experience with SSDS, Navy, and/or shipboard systems
- Proven experience in configuration and data management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Teams to update task status and maintain team communications
- Ability to coordinate with multi-site teams and manage complex documentation processes

Desired Qualifications:

- BS degree in a related field.
- Experience with Windchill supporting IWS electronic Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tasking
- Experience with ERP and Navy Data Environment (NDE) ILS modules
- Experience supporting NSWCDD Dam Neck (DNA)

- Less than 10%
