Finance Partner Support Analyst

Location: Support Centre / Hybrid

This is a varied and relationship-focused finance role, providing our partners and operational teams with clear, timely and accurate financial support. From helping new partners understand their financial arrangements and systems, through to producing statements, managing drawings and supporting month-end activities, you’ll help make finance straightforward and accessible.

You’ll work closely with colleagues across Finance, our Support Centre and operational teams, including Network Directors, while also looking for opportunities to improve processes, strengthen data consistency and create a better experience for our partners.

What you’ll be doing:

Partner onboarding & induction

You’ll help ensure new partners have a smooth introduction to the financial aspects of partnership at Medivet. This will include:

- Supporting partners with Partnership Share Agreements and drawings arrangements.
- Providing guidance and training on key finance systems, including BI, OneStream and D365.
- Helping partners understand the financial processes, information and support available to them.

Financial management & partner support

You’ll provide ongoing financial support to partners and operational colleagues, including:

- Acting as a key link with Support Centre teams to resolve financial queries efficiently.
- Providing financial support and information to Network Directors.
- Helping partners navigate financial queries and ensuring they receive clear, accurate and timely responses.

Month-end activities

As part of the wider Finance team, you’ll contribute to an accurate and efficient month-end process by:

- Processing ad hoc journal entries.
- Assisting with wage allocations.
- Investigating and responding to ad hoc month-end queries.

Continuous improvement

We want to continually improve the way we support our partners. You’ll be encouraged to identify opportunities to make our processes simpler and more effective by:

- Helping improve consistency and accuracy of data across departments.
- Working collaboratively across teams to reduce information silos.
- Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the partner experience.

What you'll bring:

You’ll be someone who combines strong numerical and analytical skills with a genuine ability to build relationships and communicate financial information clearly.

You’ll bring:

- Experience in a finance, commercial finance, management accounts or finance analyst role.
- Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confidence working with financial data and investigating discrepancies.
- A collaborative approach and confidence working with stakeholders at different levels presenting financial information in a clear, understandable format.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- A proactive mindset, with an interest in improving processes and ways of working.
- Good Excel skills and confidence learning new finance systems.
- Experience of D365, OneStream, BI tools or Concur would be advantageous, but isn’t essential.
