We're Northcentral Telcom (NCT) – a leading telecommunications service provider. We're hiring detail-oriented, hands-on professionals in Menomonee Falls, WI to maintain high levels of accuracy and organization in our warehouse.

Pay: $17.00+ per hour (based on experience & qualifications)

Full-Time Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm (with some flexibility based on business needs)

YOUR DAY COULD INCLUDE:

- Coordinating with coworkers, carrier representatives, and establishment reps to support efficient shipping and receiving processes, ensure timely deliveries, and resolve any material damages, shortages, or discrepancies

- Following specifications to assemble customer shipments and gather the correct items

- Opening incoming/outgoing boxes and verifying the contents against inventory records

- Gathering and moving items according to production schedules, customer orders, and requisitions

- Transporting materials to jobsites in a company vehicle and moving objects around the warehouse using forklifts, conveyors, hand trucks, and other equipment

- Accurately preparing outgoing orders, determining shipping methods, and recording shipment data

- Creating accurate records in our computer system and maintaining a well-stocked inventory

- Properly sorting materials as well as packing, sealing, and labeling materials for shipping

- Assisting with other duties as assigned, such as compiling worksheets and counting/weighing items for conformance

WAREHOUSE SHIPPING AND RECEIVING COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

- Forklift certification

- Proficiency with computers and Microsoft applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook)

- Ability to use hands/fingers to assemble packages, work with cables, and use tools

- Ability to frequently stand, walk, sit, bend, and lift/move 10 - 25 pounds

- Ability to occasionally lift/move up to 100 lbs.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities to meet deadlines and goals

- Ability to stay organized and energetic throughout the day

- Accuracy, dependability, and punctuality

- Willingness to take accountability

- Positive attitude, customer service mindset, and effective communication skills

- Common sense with solid reasoning and problem-solving skills

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
