Pressure Calibration Technician

Fluke Calibration is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pressure Calibration Technician to join our Phoenix Service Center. This role is responsible for performing calibration, troubleshooting, adjustment, and minor repair of pressure measurement instruments in accordance with established procedures, quality standards, and customer requirements. The ideal candidate has developed proficiency across a range of calibration and analytical processes and can work independently while supporting team objectives and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform calibration, verification, adjustment, and documentation of pressure measurement instruments and related equipment.
- Execute established analytical and technical procedures to ensure accurate and compliant calibration results.
- Interpret calibration data, specifications, and quality requirements to determine equipment conformity.
- Troubleshoot instruments exhibiting measurement or performance issues and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
- Document calibration results and service activities in accordance with ISO 17025, quality system, and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with technicians, order processors, customer service, and leadership teams to meet operational and customer objectives.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, turnaround time, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and work areas in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Associate degree in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Physics, Metrology, or a related technical field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience performing calibration, testing, troubleshooting, or repair of precision measurement equipment.
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and work instructions while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in a variety of analytical and technical processes used to perform calibration and measurement activities.
- Strong understanding of how individual responsibilities integrate with broader laboratory, service, and customer fulfillment objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to provide solutions to atypical or infrequently occurring technical issues by applying existing procedures, historical precedent, and sound technical judgment.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and calibration management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with pressure calibration standards, deadweight testers, pressure controllers, and precision measurement instrumentation.
- Familiarity with ISO 17025 accredited laboratory environments.
- Experience working within quality management systems and technical service operations.
