Position Specific Description
This position will report to the Central Maintenance Manager and be based at Sanford Plant located in DeBary, FL.
Multifunctional skillset required to coordinate the execution of non-overhaul projects, new equipment installations, and analyze equipment performance prior to turn over to the plant operations team. Duties will be performed in alignment with the PGD major maintenance process and integrate with the duties of the PGD fossil outage coordinators.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Focuses on optimizing site maintenance
- Special project execution for new installations and upgrades
- Support overhaul and non-overhaul maintenance planning
- Support overhaul and non-overhaul project execution
- Equipment maintenance supervision, start-up and turn-over training
- Standardizes processes, procedures, and techniques to ensure repeatability
- Applies advanced leadership skills for internal employee development and performance management
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned
