Role and Responsibilities
Samsung Electronics is seeking a senior, strategic marketing leader to serve as Executive Director, Integrated Marketing across its Home Entertainment portfolio (TVs, Audio, Monitors and Memory). This individual will provide critical thinking and thought leadership as a core member of the Marketing Leadership Team, driving innovation and identifying better ways to activate consumer touchpoints across all channels and product categories.
This role will own the end-to-end integrated marketing strategy across the portfolio, with direct oversight of category marketing, campaign development, paid media, and creator and partnership marketing disciplines. They will have accountability for both internal marketing team and the agency organization — setting the strategic direction, managing investment, and ensuring measurable delivery across all workstreams.
This individual will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Digital and Retailer Marketing to build integrated marketing plans that drive positive business impact and brand health. The Executive Director will serve as the senior marketing liaison across Paid Media, Creative, Retail Marketing, and Agency Teams to ensure consistent and connected execution across every consumer touchpoint.
Collaboration, analytical rigor, and executive confidence will be critical to the success of this role. The marketing organization is rapidly evolving — integrating new functions, data capabilities, and channels — and it is essential that this leader is comfortable with a high degree of interoperability across internal and external teams. We are looking for someone willing to challenge the status quo, bring a strong and defensible point of view, and raise the bar with every initiative.
This role reports into the VP and CMO of the Home Entertainment Business.

Category Strategy and Planning
· Develop and own go-to-market marketing strategies for multiple product categories (TVs, Audio, Monitors and Memory), with differentiated positioning and value propositions tailored to each consumer segment
· Define category vision and translate it into actionable annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear objectives, investment levels, and success metrics aligned to business goals
· Translate product launches, seasonal priorities (Key Commercial Moments), and business objectives into full-funnel integrated marketing plans that connect every channel and team
· Gain alignment from all stakeholders including Executive Management, Product Marketing, Sales, and Global HQ on category strategy and annual marketing plans
Portfolio Marketing
· Gain a deep understanding of each product's market opportunity, competitive landscape, brand objectives, and financial targets — and develop processes for collecting consumer insights that continuously sharpen marketing strategy

· Lead full-funnel product launch planning — from consumer brief and messaging architecture through channel activation, agency briefing, and post-launch performance review
Integrated Campaigns
Campaign Strategy and Development
· Build integrated marketing strategies and creative briefs for major campaigns spanning paid media, social, digital, influencer, partnerships, CRM, shopper marketing, and creative — ensuring consistent messaging and brand experience across all consumer touchpoints
· Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that work as a connected system — coherent across every channel and built to perform at every stage of the consumer journey
· Lead the campaign strategy from consumer brief through go-live, setting the strategic framework that guides internal teams, agency partners, and Global HQ collaboration
Creative Strategy and Execution
· Set creative direction and push for work that is both brand-right and performance-optimized — balancing emotional resonance with conversion intent across all formats and channels
· Lead Consumer Insights team on consumer testing of positioning hypotheses and creative concepts, iterating through to final execution based on data
· Ensure all campaigns are built to perform across diverse consumer segments, incorporating culturally relevant messaging and inclusive creative standards
· Collaborate with Brand Design and Legal teams to ensure all assets meet brand standards and receive required approvals before activation
· Localize or adapt assets from Global HQ for use across campaigns, digital, social, and experiential activations as needed
· Partner with the Brand and Communications teams to ensure all campaigns ladder up to broader brand positioning and are not developed or executed in isolation
Define campaign KPIs, attribution frameworks, and measurement plans before every campaign launch — ensuring accountability is established up front, not retroactively
