Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain the NBC Sports broadcast schedule using NBCU’s COMPASS scheduling system. 
- Communicate NBC schedule updates clearly and accurately across the organization, including program names, episode titles, dates, and airtimes.
- Coordinate schedules in MPS for accurate long-term planning across NBC Broadcast, NBCSN Linear, NBCSN Extra, and Peacock
- Maintain day to day schedule entry in Multi-Platform Scheduling across numerous properties
- Support programming hours analysis during budget and upfront planning cycles in collaboration with Ad Sales, Finance, and Research teams.
- Develop and distribute daily and ad hoc scheduling reports for Ad Sales, Planning, Finance, Business Development, Production, and other cross-functional partners.
- Contribute to additional programming, scheduling, reporting, and operational projects as business needs arise.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 1 Years’ Experience (Including Internships)
- Excellent computer skills with the demonstrated ability to navigate new systems and software
- Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with a team
- Ability to pivot and work in a fast paced environment
- Must have a strong attention to detail while being deadline-oriented
- Self-Starter
- Knowledge of Sports Media Landscape  
- Knowledge of Broadcast Scheduling Systems Preferred

Additional Requirements:

- Must be willing to work in Stamford, CT Four days a week on a hybrid work schedule
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be 18 years or older
