Lead Custodian

As a Lead Custodian, you will help ensure facilities remain clean, safe, and welcoming for employees, visitors, and guests.

- Perform daily cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and disinfecting floors, surfaces, and restrooms.

- Restock restroom and facility supplies, including paper products, soap, and sanitizing materials.

- Monitor facility conditions and report safety hazards or maintenance concerns promptly.

- Support team members and maintain professional interactions with staff, visitors, and clients.

- Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness and appearance standards throughout the facility.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 1 year of custodial or janitorial experience preferred.

- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

- Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safety procedures.

- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.

- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds .

- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour
