We are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support an Army Project Office in a dynamic, mission‑focused environment. In this role, you will contribute to a priority national defense program by providing technical, engineering, and advisory expertise to the Lead Systems Engineer. You will apply your systems engineering knowledge to identify, analyze, and document system design, interface, and validation and verification requirements. You will also develop and update systems engineering documentation to support engineering, integration, test, and programmatic activities. Additionally, you will lead or support technical interchange meetings (TIMs), action tracking, and coordination efforts to help keep the program moving forward.

Required

- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering related field
- 9 years of experience in systems engineering or related work
- Working knowledge of design, interface, and validation/verification requirements from a systems engineering perspective
- Familiarity with Army missile and weapon system components, interfaces, and performance
- Demonstrated ability to present complex information and concepts
- Must have an in-scope DoW Secret security clearance

Desired

- Master’s degree
- 12 years of experience in systems engineering or related work
- Experience in Army weapon system project office
