Maintenance Technician - FT Days | $23–$25+/HR | SIGN-ON BONUS

WHAT YOU’LL DO

- No two days are exactly alike. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance needs throughout our community, help troubleshoot problems, complete repairs, maintain the property and grounds, and respond to resident maintenance requests.

- We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the details, and enjoys being the person others can count on when something needs to be fixed.

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

- Experience with apartment, commercial, hotel, senior living, facilities, property or general building maintenance is a plus — but we’re also interested in mechanically inclined candidates with strong hands-on skills who are ready to grow.

- A high school diploma or GED is required.

- Candidates must also be able to meet required background screening, drug screening and TB testing requirements.

Schedule: Full-Time

Pay: $23–$25+/hour, based on experience and negotiable

On-Call: Every 3rd weekend — additional compensation + paid 8-hour day off

Bonus: $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
