Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and commercially minded Sales Coordinator to join our Europe Worldwide Sales Office (WSO) Group Sales Team based in London.
Supporting a team of Account Directors responsible for generating more than $70+ million in annual group revenue , this role plays a vital part in driving sales success across Europe, with a particular focus on the UK, Ireland, and Scandinavia markets.

What You'll Be Doing:
As a key member of the European Group Sales team, you will provide administrative, operational, and commercial support to our Account Directors while helping to maintain strong relationships with clients and hotel teams across the Four Seasons portfolio. Key responsibilities include:
Sales & Client Support
- Support Account Directors in managing key client relationships and sales opportunities.
- Coordinate and track group sales leads and opportunities across the Four Seasons portfolio.
- Act as a central point of contact for client and hotel enquiries.
- Assist with account planning, pipeline management, and business development initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-up and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer and account information within Salesforce.
- Enter and manage sales activities, opportunities, leads, and account data.
- Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Generate dashboards, presentations, and analyses using Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Support revenue tracking and account performance reviews.
Events & Marketing Support
- Assist in the planning and execution of client events, trade shows, industry conferences, networking activities, and familiarization trips throughout Europe.
- Manage invitations, attendee communications, surveys, and event logistics.
- Create and update client presentations and sales collateral.
- Conduct market and competitor research to support commercial initiatives.
- Track event ROI and prepare post-event reports and recaps.
Team & Administrative Support
- Coordinate meetings, calendars, travel arrangements, and internal communications.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
- Support regional sales meetings, training sessions, and special projects.
- Contribute to maintaining an organized, collaborative, and high-performing team environment.

Qualifications & Experience
- Experience within hospitality, luxury travel, meetings & events, or a customer-focused industry is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Knowledge of Power BI is advantageous.
- Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
