About the Role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will support some of the most recognized beverage brands in the marketplace by ensuring products are stocked, rotated, organized, and displayed to company standards. You will visit assigned retail accounts throughout your route, helping stores maintain fully stocked shelves, coolers, and promotional displays while delivering outstanding customer service.

This position combines customer interaction, merchandising, inventory management, and route-based field work, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy working independently and seeing the results of their efforts every day.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

- Stock and replenish beverage products at grocery stores, convenience stores, and other retail locations

- Merchandise products on shelves, coolers, end caps, and promotional displays

- Rotate inventory and maintain product freshness

- Organize backroom inventory and storage areas

- Follow established merchandising plans and route schedules

- Build positive relationships with store managers and retail partners

- Maintain clean, attractive, and sales-driven product presentations

- Identify and communicate merchandising opportunities within assigned accounts

Qualifications

We're looking for team members who demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and strong customer service skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

- High School Diploma or GED

- Minimum age of 18 years

- Valid driver's license

- Reliable personal transportation and current auto insurance

- Strong communication and time-management abilities

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

- Positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction

Experience in retail, grocery, merchandising, stocking, route sales, warehouse operations, beverage distribution, consumer goods, customer service, inventory control, or food and beverage industries is helpful but not required.

Schedule Options

We understand that flexibility matters. Available schedules may include:

- Four 10-hour shifts

- Five 8-hour shifts

- Part-time opportunities

Schedule availability may vary based on business needs and route assignments.
