Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Techno-Functional Consultant with 12+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite, particularly across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Retail, and E-Commerce environments.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.2 and expertise across Inventory (INV), Bills of Material (BOM), Work in Process (WIP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Order Management (OM) .
This role requires a strong combination of functional understanding and technical development skills , including SQL, PL/SQL, interfaces, reports, conversions, customizations, integrations, troubleshooting, and enterprise application support.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, enhance, and support Oracle EBS R12.2 SCM solutions.
- Provide techno-functional expertise across INV, BOM, WIP, WMS, and OM .
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical/functional solutions.
- Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, interfaces, conversions, reports, extensions, and APIs.
- Troubleshoot complex application and data issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis and implement sustainable solutions.
- Work closely with Technical Product Owners, DBAs, developers, and business stakeholders.
- Support application enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and implementation activities.
- Participate in solution design and technical discussions.
- Support deployment readiness and production implementation.
- Prepare functional specifications, technical documents, process flows, and support documentation.
- Recommend solutions for application performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Support continuous improvement and supply chain process optimization.

Ideal Candidate Profile
12+ years overall IT experience with strong Oracle EBS R12.2 SCM techno-functional expertise, preferably with experience in Retail/E-Commerce/Supply Chain/Manufacturing .
The candidate should be strong in both functional SCM processes and Oracle EBS technical development , particularly SQL/PLSQL, interfaces, reports, conversions, APIs, customizations, and integrations .
