- Train production personnel on test processes and equipment.
- Troubleshoot test, product, and system issues and perform root-cause analysis.
- Develop and maintain test scripts, diagnostic programs, and automation tools using Python.
- Configure, test, and troubleshoot complex server and system-level hardware.
- Utilize Linux systems for software installation, test execution, log analysis, and system diagnostics.
- Assist in developing test plans, integration strategies, and validation procedures.
- Maintain test fixtures, adapters, and related test equipment.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by developing. maintaining test procedures and specifications.
- Install hardware, perform rack integration, cable routing, and system configuration.
- Analyze test data, improve yields, and support continuous process improvements.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Manufacturing ops, Quality teams to resolve technical issues.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with manufacturing test systems, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Proficiency in Python scripting for test automation and diagnostics.
- Experience working in Linux environments, including command-line operations and shell scripting.
- Knowledge of server hardware, system integration, and networking fundamentals.
- Ability to read schematics, engineering drawings, and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PCBA high-volume manufacturing or production test environments would be plus.
- Familiarity with SQL databases, Git, and automated test equipment (ATE).
- Knowledge of networking protocols and server rack integration.

Bachelor’s degree
