About this role
It's fun to work in a company where people truly BELIEVE in what they're doing!
We're committed to bringing passion and customer focus to the business.
About Us
Are you ready to help us build critical infrastructure that truly matters? At Aligned, we are driven by the belief that our projects should empower and uplift the communities they call home. As we scale across new markets, we are searching for an Ad Campaign Manager who can turn our story into paid programs that reach the right customers, the right talent, and the right neighbors.
The Role
As our Ad Campaign Manager, you own the planning, execution, and performance of Aligned's paid media programs end to end. You will translate the Brand Strategy team's narrative into campaigns that build awareness with hyperscale and enterprise customers, support recruitment in the markets where we are hiring, and reinforce Aligned's reputation as a responsible, long-term neighbor in our host communities.
This is a hands-on, data-forward role. You will manage budgets, agencies, and channel mix; instrument campaigns so we can prove what works; and partner closely with Sales, People & Culture, Community Engagement, and Communications so that every dollar of paid media advances a defined business objective.
Core Responsibilities
· Build and manage Aligned's integrated paid media calendar across digital, search, social, trade, out-of-home, and local market channels, aligned to the annual marketing plan and budget.
· Own campaign execution end to end: briefing, audience definition, creative trafficking, flighting, budget pacing, optimization, and post-campaign reporting.
· Manage media agency and vendor relationships, including scopes of work, insertion orders, negotiation, and quality control against Aligned's brand standards.
· Develop and maintain campaign measurement frameworks; define KPIs, build dashboards, and report performance and spend efficiency to Brand Strategy leadership on a regular cadence.
· Partner with the Creative Producer and creative partners to ensure assets are on-brand, channel-appropriate, and delivered on schedule.
· Support recruitment marketing in partnership with People & Culture, running targeted local campaigns in markets where Aligned is hiring construction, operations, and corporate talent.
· Coordinate with Community Engagement Liaisons and Leads on market-level campaigns so that paid messaging reflects local sentiment and complements on-the-ground engagement.
· Manage campaign budgets, forecasts, purchase orders, and invoicing in partnership with Finance.
· Ensure all campaign activity complies with Aligned's brand guidelines, legal review requirements, and applicable advertising and data privacy standards.
· Maintain and continuously refine Aligned's campaign playbook, briefing templates, and trafficking workflow so the program scales cleanly as our portfolio grows.
Who You Are
· Operator: You are comfortable owning the details – trafficking deadlines, pacing reports, and agency follow-ups – while keeping the strategic goal in view.
· Data-Driven: You start with the business question, instrument for it, and are candid about what the numbers say, including when a campaign is not working.
· Brand-Protective: You understand that in our industry, tone matters as much as reach, and you treat Aligned's reputation in host communities as a constraint you design around.
· Collaborative: You work naturally across Sales, People & Culture, Communications, and Community Engagement, and you brief partners clearly enough that they can do their best work.
Required Skills and Qualifications
· 5 to 8+ years of experience managing paid media or integrated advertising campaigns, in-house or at an agency. (Experience in data centers, energy, real estate, or large-scale infrastructure is a strong advantage.)
· Demonstrated ownership of meaningful media budgets, with a track record of measurable performance improvement over time.
· Hands-on proficiency with digital advertising and analytics platforms, including paid search, paid social, programmatic, and marketing automation or CRM reporting.
· Proven ability to manage agencies and vendors, including briefing, negotiation, and performance accountability.
· Strong analytical skills, with the ability to build measurement frameworks and translate campaign data into clear recommendations for leadership.
· Experience running B2B campaigns to technical or enterprise buying committees; experience with local or market-level campaigns is a plus.
· Excellent project management skills and comfort operating across multiple concurrent campaigns and stakeholder groups.
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
