Senior Supply Chain FP&A Manager

The Senior Supply Chain FP&A Manager is responsible for financial planning and analysis activities for the North America (NA) supply chain region. It is a key role within the NA Supply Chain Finance organization, and reports to the VP of Finance for Supply Chain.

The primary responsibilities include supporting the monthly close, quarterly forecasting, annual planning and costing processes, and developing robust driver-based reporting and analytics.  This includes driving thought leadership to Supply Chain leadership and Division finance teams to deliver accurate and timely analysis, and reporting results including gross margin initiatives.

What You Will Do:

- Oversee the monthly close processes for NA Supply Chain operations including Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and Inventory/Cash Flow.
- Orchestrate the quarterly forecasting processes, and annual planning & standard costing processes.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain leadership on establishing strategic vision and developing action to achieve that vision.
- Partner with Divisional Finance teams by providing insight on drivers of cost and gross margin improvements initiatives.
- Partner with Supply Chain leadership on Ops Admin (Opex for Supply Chain) including forecast, and plan processes.
- Develop and enhance data analytics and visibility to all stakeholders by implementing timely leading and lagging KPI’s to drive performance and action.
- Lead a team of associates and develop talent.
- Ad hoc reporting and strategic analysis.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
- Minimum 5 years of Finance experience

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA
- Proven ability to lead, motivate staff, and build a teamwork environment
- Technical skill set should include Microsoft suite with strong proficiency in Excel
- Strong leadership skills with strengths in analytical and communications, handling complexity and organizational sensitivity
- Experience in Supply Chain Finance or Supply Chain
- Strong analytical aptitude, high attention to detail and the ability to work independently
- Results oriented, proactive, and possesses a high level of integrity
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrate overall business acumen and ability to deal with ambiguity
- Strong accounting and financial aptitude

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $133,700.00 - $200,600.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
