About this role
The general responsibilities are to contact potential and existing customers to set appointments, confirm appointments, and to follow up after appointments have happened. Each call will help our customers understand our company standards, values and that we are the company they want to work with. A positive attitude, being organized and being an attentive listener will be important to performing this job well.
Job duties will include:
- Making outbound calls, receiving inbound calls, and setting appointments
- Following a pre-determined script to collect consistent customer data
- Various administrative tasks
Hours: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm M-F with an hour taken out for lunch
