Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

- Graduate of a Physical Therapist Program.
- Current and active CT Physical Therapist License.
- 3+ years of experience treating as a licensed Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting.
- Strong leadership qualities – this is non-negotiable!
- Mandatory First Aid, AED, & CPR Certifications.
