Analyst, Supply Chain Program Management

What you'll do...

The Analyst, Supply Chain Program Management will support Ford’s exciting next generation of vehicle programs. Responsible for Supply Chain deliverables throughout the forward-model product development lifecycle.

* Lead Supply Chain program planning and work plans covering Commodity Planning, Sourcing, Supplier Quotation, and Sourcing Contract activities, including development and maintenance of the Sourcing Tracker / SWT (Sourcing Workplan Tool).

* Partner with Program Management, Product Development, Finance, and Cost Estimating to align sourcing assumptions, commodity selection, program targets, and financial requirements.

* Drive achievement of sourcing milestones, including target setting, Supplier Engineering On-Board Dates (SEOBD), SIR requirements, and timely completion of IPQ Packages with VHMs.

* Lead Supply Chain participation in Sourcing PATs and NML forums, communicating program timing, status, requirements, risks, and resource priorities across Supply Chain and Site STA.

* Coordinate program localization requirements and changes requiring significant capital investment, including related Supply Chain and Purchasing support.

* Coordinate Purchasing support for pre-program planning, manufacturing cost studies, ILVS/sequencing studies, make-versus-buy analyses, and purchase order and tooling order placement.

* Own the Supply Chain point of view for the program, providing status reporting and Supply Chain inputs to GPDS Integrator, corporate BPR, OESAR, and program milestone reviews.

* Drive cross-functional alignment and resolution of issues to ensure Supply Chain deliverables meet program timing, targets, and product development requirements.

You'll have...
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.

* 3+ years of Supply Chain, Program Management, Purchasing, or related experience.

* Experience supporting sourcing and purchasing activities, including supplier quotations, cost analysis, sourcing decisions, and purchase order placement.

* Experience with Supply Chain planning, sourcing, data analysis, and product development milestone management.

* Experience with Sourcing Workplan Tool (SWT), Ariba, Power BI, Qlik Sense, or similar sourcing and business intelligence tools.

* Experience working cross-functionally with Product Development, Manufacturing, Finance, Material Planning & Logistics, Purchasing, or Supplier Technical Assistance (STA).

* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

* 5+ years of Supply Chain, Program Management, or related experience.

* Knowledge of Ford systems, GPDS, and Supply Chain program management processes.

* Demonstrated commercial business acumen with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and driving process improvements.

* Comfortable with using AI tools to help drive productivity and efficiency throughout the program operations.

This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $86,600-$144,900., This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $99,100-$166,200.
Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
