CLOTHING ADMINISTRATOR

Richmond or Delta Warehouse

You are an innovative, results minded individual with sound judgement and problem solving skills. You liaise between suppliers, purchasing, People Experience and employees to coordinate clothing supply and demand by determining eligibility for clothing and resolving problems with suppliers. You order clothing and footwear from suppliers, issue clothing to employees and record issuance information with an HRIS system. You audit and process invoices, reconcile purchase orders and prepare the clothing budget. Additionally you serve as a member of various clothing committees and update the clothing manual working to achieve cost efficiency.

You have considerable knowledge of accounting and Materials Management principles, and Logistics and Inventory Control Systems along with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Materials Management and Inventory Control position.
