Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant (PA) – Full-Time
Location: All Tennessee locations - In-Person (TN) & Telehealth

is seeking a passionate, dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our growing team of mental health professionals. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting that combines in-person care with the flexibility of telehealth appointments.

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care
- Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric conditions in adults and/or adolescents
- Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines
- Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation
- Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in peer review, team meetings, and ongoing education
Qualifications
- Current APRN license or Physician Assistant license (required)
- PMHNP Board Certification or Advanced certification in Mental Health (required)
- Graduate from Advanced Mental Health training
- Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
- Comfort with technology and EMR systems for telehealth care delivery
- Experience in outpatient psychiatric settings is a plus
